Chocolate Mint Tea

you will need:
-hot water
-mint tea (I used Plantation Mint)
-hot chocolate powder (I prefer no sugar added)

Brew a cup of mint tea. Pour in hot chocolate. Stir. Drink. It’s an easy, quick treat that’s especially good for a freezing cold office (like ours…brrr…I’m considering buying fingerless gloves).

This creation was inspired by the Moroccan mint latte at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and improvised using our ever-depleting  stock in our office kitchen cabinet.

RICH Mint Hot Chocolate

Another option is to make a cup of hot chocolate and drop in an Andes mint. It’s heavenly.
